AMERIPOUCH × TIN TECH PACKAGING
Six months to launch.
Then a consistent monthly run.
A factory-direct supply proposal for 1,500,000 three-piece plastic pouch containers per month, beginning with a six-month initiation covering agreement, tooling, approvals, first production and first delivery—then continuing as a consistent monthly supply program.
3-PIECE WHITE CONTAINER · PRODUCT REFERENCE01 / SUPPLY ROUTE
Choose where Tin Tech hands over each shipment.
The ongoing monthly quantity is fixed at 1.5 million pieces. The selected route changes the monthly product value only because freight and delivery responsibility changes.
02 / CAPITAL STRUCTURE
Set the initiation advance.
The initial advance is calculated against the selected monthly product value and is paid when the six-month initiation begins. It does not change the monthly product total. Tooling remains a separate commercial item.
03 / FINANCE VIEW
The numbers, without mixing product and tooling.
Change the route or advance above. The product total remains the selected monthly route value; the advance simply changes how much is due when the initiation begins.
Product only. Tooling, certification, duties, taxes and other separately agreed charges are not folded into this number.
At 10% advance, AmeriPouch funds the approved tooling requirement separately. Current estimate: $20,000–$25,000 per approved tool.
04 / QUALITY + TRACEABILITY
Every shipment stays visible, documented and traceable.
The commercial program is supported by shipment-level visibility and quality documentation so AmeriPouch can follow the order from dispatch through receipt and retain a clear quality trail for each shipment.
Each shipment will include live tracking visibility through the applicable carrier or freight tracking channel, allowing AmeriPouch to monitor shipment progress and delivery status.
Tin Tech Packaging will provide a shipment-specific Certificate of Analysis with each shipment as part of the quality documentation package.
Food-grade raw materials used for the approved production program will be supported by traceability documentation and certification records from the applicable accredited or certified body / supplier quality system.
Once the commercial relationship begins, Tin Tech Packaging will undertake the applicable FDA registration and compliance process required for the business. This commitment reflects the planned compliance pathway and does not represent an FDA certificate already held today.
05 / DECISION PATH
Three decisions to move.
Once these are confirmed, the proposal can be converted into the final written commercial release for the six-month initiation and the ongoing monthly supply program.
SELECTED COMMERCIAL PROGRAM
Six-month initiation. Consistent monthly supply thereafter.
Selections on this page are a commercial discussion framework, not a purchase order. Final technical specification, tooling quantity, certification requirements, production timing and written payment milestones remain subject to mutual confirmation.
